.Kim, the lady in reception, was very kind and helpful, and when I told her about my room problem, she changed my room with a 20% discount and gave me a more comfortable and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff and Manager. My cousin forgot her cap when we checked out and she was able to retrieve it.

Most staff are very nice and kind and whenever I travel I stay in Eurotel Makati.

Tempura beds and quick check-in and check-out. Area outside hotel was a dirty but as soon as I was inside it was nice. Wifi was a but hard to access as downstairs and room have different routers and passwords, a bit confusing.
