.Kim, the lady in reception, was very kind and helpful, and when I told her about my room problem, she changed my room with a 20% discount and gave me a more comfortable and quiet room. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone because of its responsibility and respect for customers. I will be back soon and will stay in this hotel for sure. 5☆☆☆☆☆ for your kindness. Thanks Kim

Friendly and helpful staff and Manager. My cousin forgot her cap when we checked out and she was able to retrieve it.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, there was only plenty of parking space and the location is very convenient near all stores.

I love the area .The Compound appropriate. Ideal to airport and safe and very friendly people price very good 👍

Tempura beds and quick check-in and check-out. Area outside hotel was a dirty but as soon as I was inside it was nice. Wifi was a but hard to access as downstairs and room have different routers and passwords, a bit confusing.
